Weekly Weigh In – Friday, 8/14/20

I feel like I really struggled this week. Not 100% sure why, but I know my movement could have been better, my water intake could have been better, and food choices were ok, but not great.

Movement:

Steps: I was able to hit my 8,000 daily, 4/7 days, and 3/7 days were 9,000 or above. Why do I feel I struggled? Those 8,000 days, even though I had done a workout, I still had to push to get the last few steps in just to get to 8,000. so while I’m extremely happy with my numbers, it was a rough movement week!

Beachbody update: I have only 2 more workouts to hit the end of my first Beachbody program! I did 21 Day Fix Real Time, and I only have Saturday (Day 20) and Sunday (Day21) to complete! I’ve never worked a program all the way through before and I’m super happy, proud, and I feel accomplished! My daughters has done them with me too!

Water:

I am STILL struggling. Keep on keeping on. That is all.

Food:

I did the following this week:

  • Tracked ALMOST every single day – I could go back and track Saturday and Monday (I forgot Saturday, and I only tracked my dessert Monday, and I honestly can’t remember what we ate Monday), but I’m going to be honest and say 5/7 days I tracked accurately and honestly. I will do better this week.
  • We ended up eating out a few times this week, which does throw me off, but I’ve learned how to make it work! Love those bites!

Smoothies – No smoothies this week. I just don’t have the motivation. I will get back on my smoothie train, it’s when I lose the most when I’ve smoothied...

Despite the challenges, and struggles, I did LOSE this week!

A 0.8 pound LOSS!!!! And in my book, a loss is a loss is a loss, no matter that number! I will happily take the .8 loss vs any gain!

The Stats!

  • Loss this week = -0.8 pound
  • Loss since June 1st = -20 (EXACTLY 20!!)
  • Total loss so far = -32 pounds!

A successful week!!

I need to find a new program to start Monday on Beachbody.

I need to work those steps up up up!

I need to drink my dang water! Arg!
