Back on Track! February 2021

lets get back on track

The time has come.

January was quite the free for all.

While I took 2020 back, Jan 2021 I let it go! I ate all the things… all of them!

So it’s February 1st and I’m ready to get BACK ON TRACK!!!

I learned a few valuable lessons in my Take Back 2020 Challenge.

  1. Goals need to be more realistic
  2. I need fewer goals
  3. I need to be smart about what I choose for goals
  4. I must work harder to follow through on goals.

SO, that being said, here are my February 2021 goals:

  1. Water = Drink 3 x 40oz per day
  2. Steps = Walk 11,000 steps per day
  3. Food = Eat less, make better choices
  4. Workout = Start a new Beachbody workout and follow through at least 4 days a week.

I feel those are pretty realistic, there’s less, I think it’s smart not to put a number on my weight, and I will be working incredibly hard to meet these goals!

Let’s get back on track and make February 2021 and beautifully successful month!
